Federated Insurance Association Advantage Benefit - Construction Contract Review

New Association Advantage Benefit From Federated Insurance – Construction Contracts Can Now Be Reviewed!

Do you find indemnity agreements and insurance requirements included in construction contracts confusing?

Would you appreciate some assistance in deciphering them?

Federated Insurance, our recommended insurance provider is pleased to offer a new service to their policyholders. Effective immediately, Federated Insurance will review your Construction Contract Wordings or Bid Specification Documents in order to analyze the insurance coverage requirements and indemnity clause wordings and provide you with feedback.

The contract review and feedback provided will focus on the insurance coverage(s) the Construction Contract mandates and may include all or any combination of the following:

Review insurance requirements as outlined in the construction contract

Address any concerns you might have regarding the indemnity agreement and any risk being transferred to you

Compare the mandated insurance requirements to the insurance provided in your existing insurance program with Federated Insurance

Other issues specific to construction liability exposure that may require insurance coverage

Federated Insurance is offering this service to their Electrical Contractor policyholders who are members of our Association free of charge!

To take advantage of the Construction Contract Review contact your Federated Insurance Risk Services Coordinator.

This review of your contractual obligations as they relate to insurance and risk-management can be a tremendously valuable benefit to you, our members, and is another great example of why Federated Insurance continues to earn the recommendation of the Canadian Electrical Contractors Association and why you should consider trusting your insurance needs to them.

At Federated Insurance ‘Knowing your business matters!”
