Construction Sector Council Releases First Level Construction Supervisor NOA

To meet the demand for properly trained supervisors, the Construction Sector Council, in collaboration with industry professionals, has established a set of voluntary national standards (National Occupational Analysis) that identify skills, knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the duties of a Construction Supervisor (First Level).

Copies of the (First Level) National Occupational Analysis and related materials which include an Essential Skills Workbook and Self Assessment, Competency Matrix chart brochure and poster, and Setting the Standard Across Canada brochure can be ordered from the CSC or obtained electronically at www.csc-ca.org.  These materials are also available in French.
