NETCO has a mandate to serve as a national voice on public policy issues of importance to electrical contractors and those working and learning in the electrical industry as apprentices and journeypersons.

The Officers are in a formative stage of planning to research and develop position papers that support launching a lobbying campaign in the Fall of 2008. Stay tuned for more details as they emerge.
