| NETCO’s Board of Directors is supported by an ongoing blue-chip Project Steering Committee. Its mandate is to identify new projects and oversee project implementation. It is structured to secure input from those in the IBEW-CECA communities as well as a broader range of electrical industry stakeholders. The Project Steering Committee is structured as follows:
IBEW National – 2 seats
CECA National – 2 seats
Joint Apprenticeship Committees (JACs) & IBEW Local Union Training Representatives – 4 seats
CECA Contractor Representatives – 4 seats
Sector Councils – 3 seats
Community Colleges – 2 seats
Canadian Council of Directors of Apprenticeship – 1 seat
Consultant/Coordinator – 1 seat
